The raw materials of our products are main all kinds of non-woven fabrics.
1 Spunlace Non-woven Fabrics
Spunlace technology refers to spray the high pressure tiny current onto the one or several fiber networks to make the fibers combined so the fiber networks strengthened.
Features:High strength,reducing the fuzzing rate,oil/water absorption,soft touch,no need to add adhesive,washable etc.
Disadvantages: High energy consumption,need more space for machines
Usage:Wet and dry wipes,cleaning towels,personal care products such as makeup cotton,face masks,industrial wiping,medical wipes etc.
2 Spunbond Non-woven Fabrics
Spunbond non-woven refers to after polymer was extrusion and pulled into continuous lines to form networks that become non-wovens through self-adhesive,melt adhesive,chemical adhesive or technical solidation methods.
Feature:Good low/high-temperature resistance,aging resistance,UV resistance,good elongation,good stability,corrosion resistance,soundproof,mothproof,non-toxic etc.
Disadvantages: Weak softness and breathable
Usage:Packaging materials, personal care products such as diapers,incontinence products,medical care products such as surgical gown etc.
3 Air-through Non-woven Fabrics
Air-through non-woven fabrics refer to hot air penetrate the prepared fibers from the drying equipment to make them hot and adhesive to form non-woven fabrics.
Features:High bulkiness and good elasticity,soft touching,strong warm-keeping,good breathable and water permeability.
Disadvantages: Low strength and easy to trans-shape.
Usage:Disposable personal care products such as baby diapers,adult incontinence underpads,female sanitary napkins as well as dining cloth,bath towel and disposable table cover etc.
4 Other materials
(1) PE Film PE film is widely used in some disposable underpad products as the backsheet. This can be classified as printing or non-printing, breathable or non-breathable.The shrink film is also widely used in our products.
(2) Hot Melt Glue: The hot melt glue is used as construction glue, elastic glue, back glue which make different layers combined together.
(3) Absorbent Core: We may use fluff,SAP or absorbent core in our incontinent products.Such as underpads,adult briefs,adult pulls-up,sanitary napkins etc.
5 Package
The common packages for our products are PE bags, PE&Alu film bags, color printing boxes etc.
PE bag is economical so it is widely used to pack most of our products.
PE&Alu/Paper film bags are new trends in domestic market.
Color printing boxes are premium packages.

Depend on our CNAS lab,Bonyee has already established the whole product testing systems.
For each batch products,we will issue Certificate of Analysis(COA) respectively.

International Market Analysis
The East Asian markets: These markets include P.R.C, Japan, and South Korea.Due to the Japanese cleaning habits,the household cleaning wipes,personal care wipes and industrial wipes are marketable.
The Southeast Asia markets: There are 11 countries in this market.With the economic growth, most of the customers follow the Japanese style product.
South Asia markets: In this area, India and Pakistan have a large population so the demands are high for such disposable hygiene products. Customers are sensitive to the prices. We are trying to develop a series of disposable products at low prices to meet the customers' requirements.
European&North American markets
These markets are large consumption of non-woven finished products.There are some leading brands here. All of Bonyee’s products are marketable here.
Latin American markets
In this area, customers mainly follow the US styles and due to the large population here, many companies import goods from China every year. Bonyee’s personal&medical care products are suitable for this market.
Africa markets:
There is a large population in this area.They are used to importing plenty of goods. Bonyee’s personal&medical care products are also marketable here.
